Terms & Conditions

The use of this REH Liquids website is subject to these Terms and Conditions for the supply of Goods and Services. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy (LINK) for other relevant conditions before you continue to use the REH Liquids website. By continuing here you are constituting the full agreement between You and Us.

Please read these Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy carefully before You use the REH Liquids. By using the REH Liquids website, You indicate that they have, effective upon the date on which You have used the REH Liquids website, read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, You should cease using the REH Liquids website immediately.

Orders - Price - Payment - Cancellations 

  • All orders placed on the REH Liquids website must only be done by those 18 years or older in accordance with Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. We can only accept orders from those 18 years of older, fines apply to You and Us.

  • Identification will be required to receive the order, if unsatisfactory Identification is not supplied, You will not receive a refund in the case of deception to not comply with Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. 

  • You will receive a Customer Order number specific to your purchase, signifying REH Liquids acceptance of the order.

  • Orders will only be accepted from the following delivery areas - City CBD, South Yarra, Cremore, Richmond, Abbotsford, Fitzroy and Collingwood.

  • Prices displayed on the REH Liquids website are in Australian dollars ONLY. You will be charged in Australian dollars for your order.

  • Dollar amounts specified in these T&Cs are in Australian dollars.

  • Goods and services tax (GST) of 10% can be applied for orders which have to include GST and will be delivered to locations within Australia.

  • The prices displayed on the REH Liquids website are not available to international customers. Local to Melbourne is a requirement for being a “Mixer Society Member”. 

  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

  • REH Liquids does not offer retrospective price adjustments for an item purchased prior to a sale, deals, or promotional period, or purchased during a sale or promotional period but where the price of the item is subsequently reduced further.

  • REH Liquids does not offer to match the price at which an item is available for purchase from other retailers.

  • All prices quoted on the REH Liquids website exclude postage and handling costs. You will be charged extra for postage and handling. You will be notified of these extra costs at the time you place your order.

  • Prices quoted on the website are subject to change at REH Liquids sole discretion without notice.

  • When you place an order on the website, you authorise REH Liquids to deduct payments from the credit card you provide.

  • You must be the authorised credit card holder or be authorised by the credit card holder in order to have payment details processed.

  • REH Liquids can refuse to authorise and process an order with absolute discretion when deemed necessary. REH Liquids may request credit, anti-fraud and identity checks if deemed necessary.

  • REH Liquids website PCI compliant payment provider Stripe to offer secure payment to protect you in accordance with industry practice.

  • REH Liquids only accepts your order and concludes the contract of sale for the item(s) ordered by you when we despatch the item(s) and send you an email confirming that the item(s) have been despatched to your nominated shipping address.

  • REH Liquids may cancel your order without any liability to you if any of the products in your order are unavailable, or there were any errors in price or item description on the REH Liquids website at the time of placing your order, or due to technical errors in processing your order. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.

Dispatch - Delivery of Orders - Returns

  • To qualify for FREE Delivery You must order a minimum of $150.00AUD. All orders under $150.00AUD will incur a Delivery Fee and Handling Fee that will be disclosed at the time You check out and pay.

  • REH Liquids aims to confirm all orders received within 24 hours. Orders received on weekends & public holidays will be confirmed the next business day.

  • REH Liquids will provide two personal weekly delivery services will be available on: Thursdays between 5pm and 9pm the other being Saturday between 12pm to 5pm

  • You will be required to select your preferred hour delivery slot which REH Liquids will confirm in the email with the confirmation of order received. 

  • Saturday delivery will be the only delivery slot for ice. The fresh 1kg drinking ice will be available for purchase with your order. Ice can not be added onto order once the confirmation order email has been received.

  • Drinking ice cannot be purchased without the initial purchase of the EXTRA Silver REH Liquids Ice Bucket. All members with the Silver REH Liquids Ice Bucket will be able to regularly purchase fresh ice with a collection of your empty bottles.

  • In the event of You not being able to meet the delivery at your requested time slot, REH Liquids requires a 24 hour notification that the order cannot be delivered at agreed time slot. REH Liquids accepts no responsibility for orders that cannot be received and You will incur the full cost of the order and delivery. 

  • All orders, must be within the following suburbs only:

  • All orders are delivered in person by our friendly REH Liquids female team 

  • REH Liquids delivery females are required to check and verify an evidence-of-age document for ALL deliveries. Have your ID ready for your friendly delivery female and make it an easy experience for You and REH Liquids. No exceptions.

  • Due to recent changes to the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, we cannot leave your order unattended so don’t ask or try! 

  • In the instance that you provide an incorrect delivery address, REH Liquids will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered if your order is delivered to the address that you have supplied. In this case no refunds will be issued.

  • Please note that all delivery and Mixer Society Memberships are non-refundable.

  • Handling and Delivery fees are calculated on a standard rate for all members.

  • Shipping and handling for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and on your order confirmation as well as included in the total price of your order. Changes made by you to the delivery address or delivery time after placing an order may incur additional charges. 

  • Our Returns Policy is in accordance with Australia Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.

  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: 'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'

  • Please note that once your order has been accepted & dispatched by REH Liquids, we will not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on merchandise.

  • In the event that your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase without the contents being consumed. Please immediately contact team@rehliquids.com.au for arrangements to be made.

  • Delivery charges will be reimbursed to you if REH Liquids are at fault i.e. incorrect product delivered, or products damaged in transit. In all other instances including change of mind the delivery charge will not be reimbursed.

Mixer Society Memberships

If you sign up for a User Account REH Liquids “Mixer Society Membership” on the REH Liquids website (User Account), You:

  1. must keep your username and password confidential and secure; and

  2. accept all liability for any unauthorised use of your User Account, including any username or password.

When signing up for a User Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested during the sign-up process. It is your responsibility to inform REH Liquids of any changes to that information. You may do this at any time by updating your details via your User Account.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • The REH Liquids website, its content, layout and design including but not limited to logo, photographs, code, data and graphics may only be used for personal reference and may not be copied, reproduced or stored without written consent of REH Liquids.

  • All copyright in data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property on the REH Liquids website (Content) is owned by, or licensed to, REH Liquids. Except for viewing the Content for your own personal non-commercial use or as otherwise agreed in writing, REH Liquids does not grant you any rights to use the Site, the App, or Content for any other purpose.

  • All registered or unregistered trademarks used on the REH Liquids website belong to their respective owners.

Indemnity

You indemnify REH Liquids against all actions, claims, charges, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), expenses, losses, damages and other liability that REH Liquids may sustain or incur, directly or indirectly, as a result, or as a consequence of:

  • You breach of these T&Cs;

  • any negligent or fraudulent act, error or omission by You;

  • Your reliance on the Content or services on this REH Liquids website; or

  • the reliance of any third party to whom You disclose or otherwise make available any part of the Content.

 

Suspension And Termination

  • You may stop using the REH Liquids website at any time for any reason.

  • REH Liquids reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Your access to the REH Liquids website at any time without notice and for any (or no) reason, including, without limitation, due to:

  1. Upgrades or maintenance performed on the REH Liquids website; and

  2. You breach these T&Cs.

  3. Any such suspension or termination will not affect either party’s rights or liabilities.

  • To the extent permitted by law:

  1. REH Liquids may disclose any information we may have about you in relation to an investigation or allegation that Your use of the REH Liquids website is in breach of these T&Cs or any law; and

  2. REH Liquids reserves its right to identify or bring legal action against any person who is breaching these T&Cs, including obtaining injunctive relief.

 

Third Party Websites

  • The REH Liquids website may contain links to other websites controlled by third parties (Third Party Websites). REH Liquids is not responsible for any content on Third Party Websites nor does it endorse or approve such websites. If you choose to visit these Third-Party Websites you do so at your own risk and should make your own enquiries before relying on any content contained on such Third-Party Websites.

  • REH Liquids makes no representations about the quality or accuracy of content available on Third Party Websites, or that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party.
