Ingredients
25mL Rum
15mL Passionfruit and Vanilla Syrup
15mL Lime juice
15ml Passionfruit pulp
5–8 Mint leaves
Soda water

Method

Grab a tall glass and throw in all your goodies - rum, lime juice, passionfruit pulp, mint leaves, and the star of the show, passionfruit and vanilla syrup.

Now, add crushed ice and give it a good stir, let those flavours mingle and dance!

Pour in a dash of soda for some extra fizz, and top it off with more crushed ice - we love a drink that also hydrates us.

Final touch - garnish with some mint and half a passionfruit, because presentation matters, darling!
